The next meeting of Sutton Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 28th May 2013, 7.30pm in The Pavilion, The Brook, Sutton.

Members of the public are welcome to address the Council regarding business on the agenda during the Open Forum. Please click on link Guide to Public Participation at Meetings for further information relating to public participation.

Draft minutes of any meetings of the Council prior to approval by the subsequent meeting are available for inspection by any elector in the parish by contacting the Parish Council.

In addition to the Full Council meeting, the Parish Council has a number of working parties. This enables the council to research and discuss matters in relation to internal affairs, for example policy reviews and personnel matters, and external affiairs, for example Highway matters and facilities.  A working party can make a recommendation to the Full Council, it is not lawful to make a decision or to act on any matter without approval of the Council as a whole.
